But, setting up an automated backup solution is quite challenging. That is the reason why we offer you our Managed Services solution – we will keep a full backup of your VPS plan, not only of your web sites and data, but of all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts run each week, saving all the changes that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Plan, you will have complete freedom to run any script or service on your server. Yet, a part of the scripts are harder to run and might require some extra configuration on your part. That’s where our Managed Services deal will help you out. It features thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting operations – this means that you can basically hire one of our seasoned server admins for half an hour and have him help you with the installation of any software app that you desire. Or have him rectify an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and it is an add–on with the KVM VPS Plans.
